RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid order number.

If you select to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R99 will be included and deducted from your final refund amount. 

Sale items: Sale items are still eligible for a return as long as they are returned within the 7 day returns policy & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for your funds to reflect in your account.
