RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns:

At Glo Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or a valid order number.

If you choose to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R99 will be included and deducted from your final refund amount.

Sale Items:

Sale items are still eligible for a return as long as they are returned within the 7-day returns policy and in the same condition as when you received them. They should also be in their original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a notification via email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@globox.co.za. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary assistance.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
